室內原始的樓板高低落差及樑柱結構，為此物件設計的軸心延伸。以量體堆疊的方式結合物件原始樣貌，去除掉過多的裝飾造型。
The room’s original floor slab, with its height difference, together with the post and beam structure is an extension of the axis center of the design of this object. Mass stacking is used to combine the original appearance of the object and remove the over-designed decorative style.
在公領域部分是完全開放式空間，利用物件原始的樓板高低落差及樑柱結構作為空間界定，結合玄關、客廳、閱讀區、廚房、餐廳。使動線、空氣、光皆能自由流動。並利用此特點，使空間形成了許多可以隨意坐落的場域。
The completely open common space uses the original floor slab with its height difference together with the post and beam structure as a spatial divide, combining vestibule, living room, reading area, kitchen, and dining room. The air flow and light can surge freely. This feature is also used to create a lot of space, taking liberty to stay and take a seat.
